- Identify the characteristics and benefits of telecommunications products and services, including value-added services (VAS).
- Commission, maintain, diagnose faults, and repair telecommunication equipment.
- Operate effectively within workforce and network management environments.

- The following modules are mandatory:
- Fundamental Modules: 56 credits
- Core Modules: 65 credits
- Learners must obtain all the credits in their chosen elective cluster.
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for learners who wish to be assessed for unit standards within this qualification.
