Refund Policy

Participant-Initiated Cancellation:

• A full refund is applicable if cancellation is received 7 or more days prior to the scheduled start date.
• If cancellation is received between 2 and 6 days before the scheduled start date, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the start date. However, in cases of legal or medical emergencies, participants may be accommodated in a future scheduled class.

Academy-Initiated Cancellation:

• If Supreme ICT Academy initiates the cancellation, an alternative date will be proposed to the affected participants.
• If the proposed date is unsuitable, the participant may request a full refund.
